To facilitate your course registration, kindly download the following necessary registration forms,
fill it out and fax (+65 6316-8563) or email (admin@8ipl.com.sg)
the duly completed form back to us no less than 72 hrs before the date of course commencement so as
to facilitate the smooth administration of your application.
Kindly follow up your registration with a telephone call (+65 63168386) to our office to ensure that we have received
your registration.Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you an email or fax confirmation as acknowledgement.
Kindly note however, that proof of registration is not proof of confirmation. As a policy, only registration that have
been fully paid up are confirmed.
